Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 99laju ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 99laju platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document.
The 99laju platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
99laju reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full services of the 99laju platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your account username and password confidential.
- Ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.
- Notify the 99laju support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
99laju will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the 99laju platform for the following purposes:
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information to other users.
- Engaging in fraud, identity impersonation, or any form of financial deception.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 99laju platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, and FPX for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. 99laju is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process to ensure the bank account name matches the registered account details. This requirement protects users from fraud and ensures funds reach the correct recipient. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within the stipulated timeframe may be cancelled and returned to the account balance.
99laju reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or money laundering until the investigation is concluded.
Liability Limitations & Account Policies
Platform Liability Limitations
The 99laju platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 99laju shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred while using the platform.
- Service disruptions, system downtime, or data loss caused by technical factors beyond our control.
- Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers and game providers.
- Any damage arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
Account Suspension and Closure
99laju reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document.
- Confirmed instances of fraud, forgery, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Creation of multiple accounts by the same user.
- Instructions from relevant legal authorities.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 99laju reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. If the account is closed at the user's own request with no breach involved, any valid balance will be returned once all verification processes are completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 99laju platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 99laju or our licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Content
The 99laju platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. 99laju is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to their separate terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 99laju platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. By using this platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions.
